A Youth-Led Scouting Program
Troop 700 is a Scouts BSA troop serving youth and families in the Acreage Area and surrounding communities. Scouts learn by doing: planning meetings, leading patrols, organizing campouts, solving problems, and helping one another succeed.
Our Mission
Our goal is to help young people develop character, citizenship, personal fitness, confidence, and leadership through meaningful outdoor experiences and community service.
Our Troop Culture
We emphasize the Scout Oath and Scout Law, respect for others, responsibility, teamwork, safety, and the patrol method. Families and trained adult volunteers support the program while Scouts take increasing ownership as they grow.
